"NEW" SUP Boarding Bootcamp
with Amber

Stand Up Paddleboarding - Bay of Quinte, Rednersville Rd.

This fun SUP class will begin with a warm up paddle, then moving into strength and cardio movements using the SUP Board. This class will finish with a full body stretch and some relax time to float on the water. All levels are welcome to this "new" energizing full body workout class!

Please bring a water bottle, water shoes and a  towel. All equipment provided. Weather permitting. You will be contacted by email if we have to cancel the class due to weather.
