Urban Boot Camp® - A high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) class that combines aerobics, strength exercises, and basic hip hop moves together to help build strength and improve your cardiovascular endurance to form a fun workout to Hip-hop music. Modifications are always offered, open to all fitness levels.
