Specifically on developing strength in all forms possible. Expect targeted training for key HYROX movements such as sled pushes, sled pulls, and farmer's carries. The program includes a variety of workout formats such as AMRAPS (As Many Reps As Possible), Strength intervals, EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute), Partner Workouts, 'You Go I Go' sessions, and volume training
