Everything rolled in - running & functional workout stations to get you ready for the competition race! You will train to push through fatigue and stay strong in both running and HYROX-specific movements. Expect long couplet intervals that combine different race elements, partner workouts to enhance competition readiness, and a heavy dose of compromised running, where you'll transition between high-intensity movements and running.
