Fierce Light is a low impact workout.  lt includes dance and aerobic movements, strengthening  and toning using light dumbbells.
Fierce Light is for those who just want to get fit without high impact and experience less stress on the joints.  All the movements and routines are easy to follow but have enough intensity to provide a good workout.
