In this class, kids will learn, practice and develop fundamental skills to improve strength, speed, agility and endurance.  

They will learn the principles of athletic exercise by focusing on different skills and functional exercises to maximise sports performance.

This class is suitable for kids 8-13 years old.  Skills learned in this class can be used in all sports.
