This 60-minute total body conditioning class features circuit-style training using a variety of equipment. This class focuses on all aspects of fitness including strength, cardiovascular fitness, agility, mobility and stamina. 


This heart-pumping and muscle-burning class helps to improve the cardiovascular system, burns fat, and builds and strengthens all the muscles in the body to achieve great results.
