Stretch and mobility class is a full body experience that will help you recover from high intensity workouts and also help with injury prevention.
It is designed to help you improve your flexibility and increase range of motion.  Our coach will guide you through static and dynamic stretches, myofascial release (a type of self-massage with the use of tennis and golf balls) and breathing techniques.
