This 55-minute circuit training class is designed to strengthen your core muscles including the abdominals, lower back and all the muscles around the hip joint.  You will use a variety of equipment including TRX, medicine balls, elastic bands, sliding discs, light dumbbells, kettle bells and body weight exercises.
