This class features a specially designed playlist of songs with various beats per minute. Each song has a different routine (some songs have a choreographed chorus) that trains different muscle groups and switches between fat burn, endurance, metabolic conditioning and HIIT. Some songs also include the use of hand weights for an upper body workout (done on the bike). The exercises on the bikes are also designed to produce the “afterburn” effect – allowing your body to continue to burn calories long after you’ve finished your Ryde.
