!!! ONLY 6 SPOTS AVAILABLE !!! Breathing is a fundamental part of life and most of us aren't aware that we aren't doing it right. A steady breath leads to a steady mind. In this weekend we will explore deepening the breath through in depth pranayama, breathing exercises. Combined with that we will focus on how the breath effects the mind by implementing different meditation styles and techniques that you can use in your daily life. SCHEDULE Friday, March 10th: 20:00 to 21:30 Saturday, March 11th: 12:30 - 18:30 Sunday, March 12th: 11:30 - 17:00 This 13 hour workshop is part of the "200 Hour Yoga Intensive Course" but is open to anyone who is interested.
