One aspect of the Ashtanga system that can be intimidating is the “pickup” that happens as a transition into the vinyasa. In this workshop series explore the many aspects of moving through a vinyasa and gain some tools to modify and strengthen the wrists, shoulders, psoas and more. Please bring 1 Theraband. All levels welcomed.
Course will begin November 7th from 1:30pm-3pm and continue at the same time November 14th, 21st, skip Thanksgiving weekend, and end on December 5th. Your included Unlimited Month of Mysore will be effective from November 7th-December 7th.
