The Ashtanga Intermediate Series or second series, known as Nadi Shodhana – Nerve Cleansing works deeply on the nervous system through the series of deep back bending and hip opening postures.
This 4 week course will explore all the postures of the Intermediate series. We will systematically explore each posture gaining insight to the postures, vinyasas ( how to move in and out of the postures) and possible modifications.
This course is great for those who are curious about the intermediate series or those who are looking to refine their current practice.
