This four week course is designed to give you a solid introduction to a Mysore practice and is comprised of the following 90 minute led classes plus an unlimited pass to all Mysore classes for one month. You are encouraged to take what we cover in the led classes and practice it (and build on) in the Mysore classes.

Week 1: September 13th
Brief overview of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Mysore practice
Sun Salutations A & B
Intro to Closing Sequence/Finishing Postures

Week 2: September 20th
Standing Poses

Week 3: September 27th
Seated poses (modified primary series to get you started)
Introduction to Backbending

Week 4: October 4th
Backbending continued
Finishing Poses
