The best of both worlds, this class includes a combination of slow Flow yoga together with Yin yoga. Beginning with gentle energising movement to stretch and strengthen, and finishing with poses nestled in stillness to stretch out the body and unwind the mind, this class is a great way to balance your energy systems and come away feeling calm and centred.
