Come experience a gentle, bio-mechanically sound yoga practice in the Ashtanga tradition. This class is for everyone-beginners to advanced practitioners. If you have postural concerns, injuries, chronic pain, or special considerations (senior, arthritis, lack of flexibility or strength, pregnancy, etc.) this class is for you!
