- Twists, Saturday, May 11th 2:00-4:00 pm and Saturday, Nov 23th 2:00-4:00 pm
- Inversions, Saturday, July 20th 2:00-4:00 pm
- Hip Openers, Saturday, Sept 14th 2:00-4:00 pm
