In this Introduction to the Great Yoga Wall class we will start with the basic mechanics of setting up the wall safely and securely, and talk a bit about the different attachments. Along the way, we will sprinkle in some yoga history, and how Iyengar yoga compliments the Ashtanga practice. 

Once set up and comfortable, we will open our shoulders and hips and create space to lengthen our spine with some basic yoga postures using the yoga wall.
