This special yoga class is designed to release deep tension and restore our vital energy as we prepare for 2019. Ease into an earthy slow flow syncing movement with breath and surrender into stillness with passive Yin poses. 

Join us to welcome in the New Year, burn our intentions from 2018, and experience a practice of opening to bliss and renewal. All levels welcome including beginners.
