Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. It has a meditative approach with a physical focus. It is a great way to maintain joint flexibility and complement the more rigorous Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. All levels are welcome, and it is a wonderful class for beginners.
