Our vinyasa classes use the linking together of movement and breath to create a ‘vinyasa flow.’
Maya Yoga Vinyasa classes utilize poses from the Ashtanga Yoga Primary, Intermediate, and Advanced Series.  Every class will be different, because the postures can be put in any order.
This is different from the Ashtanga Primary Series. Vinyasa classes cultivate balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance.  These classes are strong and fun!
