Strength training & functional fitness using weights, bands, bodyweight. 

This is a drop-in class. Please pre-book so I can plan accordingly.

1. Mobility & aerobics style warmup

2. Squat routine

3. Circuit training

4. THE PUMP

5. Feelings cool-down

The studio asks that you bring clean sneakers to change into. Going barefoot is also an option. Water fountain & locker rooms on site.
