spots leftStarting January 26, 2025, join Patricia in exploring the spiritual wisdom of the ten Yamas and Niyamas (ethical practices). This gathering is intended to help yogis take their yoga off the mat by reading and practicing the Yamas and Niyamas and then coming together every two weeks to share reflections and experiences.
