Strengthen your yoga practice and discover a deeper connection to your body through mindful movement and stillness. This class will awaken your inner awareness (interoception), guiding you to connect with your body on a deeper level. We'll enhance your asana practice by breaking down common yoga poses and movements, focusing on strength/effort and flexibility/ease. Utilizing props and Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques, you'll gain a new understanding of your body. Open to all levels, this class requires only a willingness to connect with your body's wisdom.
