Vinyasa Flow

Our vinyasa flow class is designed to push you mentally and physically. Building upon the sun salutations we will explore a deep warming  to start, followed by time in challenging postures with creative sequencing, and ending with time in deep stretching and relaxation. This class is not recommended for beginners but is open to all level of yogi who have a knowledge of yoga content and postures.
