Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a time of deep relaxation. Yoga props (bolsters, blankets, pillows...) are used to help each posture meet your bodies needs. In this 90 minute class students will be encouraged to become completely comfortable allowing the body to rest and heal. While we have some props available for students, having the right tools makes all the difference. Students are encouraged to wear layers and bring 2 extra blankets and pillow from home to help feel as comfortable as possible.
