In Vinyasa Yoga, we synchronize movement with breath, dancing through an intentional sequence of postures to achieve a meditative state. This style of Yoga is dynamic, rhythmic, and revitalizing. Our Friday class will end with a 15 minute Yoga Nidra practice.
