Purchase Membership

STORING A CREDIT CARD ON FILE PROCESS:

The $1 charge will be credited back to you and is only for storing your credit card information on file. Please contact a Westside Tennis staff member your lesson type or membership level request. The membership you select will be the recurring charge in place of the $1 starting on the 1st day of the month.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION:
I understand that I am in full control of my payment, and if at any time I decide to make any changes or discontinue the EFT (electronic fund transfer) service, I must contact via email a Westside Tennis staff member. Every membership type will be set up on automatic renewal.

I hereby give permission to Westside Tennis to charge my card. I fully understand the aforementioned rules of payment dues, membership rules & regulations and pricing structure.

MEMBERSHIP AND PACKAGES POLICY:

Monthly Membership Dues will be automatically charged to member’s credit/debit card on the 1st day of every month and memberships begin on the 1st day of the month. Rates will be pro-rated accordingly if members join in the middle of a billing cycle. All memberships are automatically renewed unless Westside Tennis is given 7 days notice in advance of the member's renewal date.  

All packages must be completed in their designated timeframe. 10 lesson packages must be completed in 90 days, 6 lesson packages must be completed in 60 days, 3 lesson packages must be completed in 30 days. This allows us to run a smoother operation by having more of a set schedule and you will become a better player because of it.
