This class is designed for clients who are new to Pilates. Focus will be on the main principles of Pilates - breathing, core control and spinal articulation, while providing an introduction to the basic reformer exercises in order to progress to the All Levels and Level 3 classes.
Socks are mandatory while in the Studio.
Online registration is open until 1 hour prior to the class.
