This class is designed for the more advanced clients who have been practicing Pilates regularly for at least a year. Clients must have good core strength and be free of injuries in order to participate in this class. Focus will be on learning to master the more advanced exercises in the Pilates repertoire while moving at a faster pace than the Level 1 and All Levels classes.
Socks are mandatory while in the Studio.
Online registration is open until 1 hour prior to the class.
