This is a flowing class to music.
There are no verbal instructions but rather you will follow the teachers demonstration and a click sound to move through the Synergy Vinyasa sequence
This class is a dynamic moving meditation and an opportunity for experienced students to build confidence in their own practice.
It is recommended you have attended at least 6 months of Synergy Vinyasa instructed classes before joining the flow class. This class is not suitable for beginners
