 Please come and join Eva Joan & Jason Lowe for 90 min of deep unwinding & relaxation through yin yoga, to the melodious sounds of slide guitar.

 Let yourself drop into presence by tuning into your breath & your body's rhythm, allowing healing and peace to naturally emerge.

 Our focus will be on a whole body de-stress & reset in order to allow for a felt sense of freedom & openness through all the layers of you being, while basking in instrumental bliss!
