A chance for experienced yoga students to explore more intermediate to advanced asana, pranayama and bandha
This class is a part of a 9 week course and not a drop in class- contact Amelia to find out the next 9 week start date
This class is not suitable for beginners.
You do not have to be able to do the stronger or more complex variations offered - but it is recommended you practice regularly and know when you need to do less.
