Whether you are pregnant or have recently given birth, our specialised pre and post natal classes will provide you with the support that your body and mind needs during these periods of rapid change.  These classes will provide you with a deep sense of wellbeing and confidence.  

Prenatal Classes

Our prenatal yoga classes are designed to support you both physically and emotionally as you journey through your pregnancy. 


We welcome mothers from 12 weeks to term.
