This content video library is designed for every level of fitness. We offer Yoga, Pilates, Full Body Strength Training (weights), Cardio, Meditations, Exercise Bands, and much more. The videos are taught by Judy who has over 20 years of Experience teaching all levels and all ages. You will find levels such as: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and "All Level" videos. The length of the videos vary from 10 minutes to 75 minutes. These classes are safe and effective.
This pass is good for 12 months from the date of purchase. It will be renewed automatically on a recurring basis. You may cancel your membership anytime after the first 12 months.
