Want to increase your metabolism, immunities, tone, and strengthen your bones? This basic strength class includes an all levels approach to lifting weights. Using props such as dumbbells, bands, and balls this class will tone and strengthen the entire body including abs, inner and outer thighs. To include Barre, which is ballet movements meets classic calisthenics focusing on thighs, buttocks, and back ending with a full body stretch and relaxation techniques.
