This class consists of 30 minutes of Pilates and 45 minutes of Yoga. Pilates is a system of floor exercises focusing on improving abdominal strength; we use our abdominals for every movement we make. We also focus on back strength which is crucial to a healthy body. Our Yoga portion is based on Vinyasa Yoga Creating meditation in motion by moving with our breath during each pose increasing balance, strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. Explore the power of connecting the mind, body, and spirit with this class!  All levels.
