Are you new to Yoga, a stressed parent, or athlete this Slow Flow 60 minute Yoga class is a great way to learn this ancient form of exercise that focuses on, meditation, the breath and lengthening and strengthening the whole mind body and spirit, to include abdominal strengthening, which in turn leaves us calm and strong.
