Enjoy a full body Low Impact Cardio Vinyasa flow to hip hop music, bare footin it to include a fusion of Yoga and Cardio movements focusing on the buttocks, thighs, abdominals, back, and arms. Finishing with a lengthy Vinyasa Classic Yoga segment and a lengthy final relaxation. Get it all in just 45 minutes. All Levels.
