This class consists of 20 minutes of Pilates and 40 minutes of Yoga. Pilates is a system of floor exercises focusing on improving abdominal strength; we use our abdominals for every movement we make. We also focus on back strength which is crucial to a healthy body. Pilates focuses on cognitive function, which wakes up and keeps the mind healthy, unlocking our inner potential.  Various props are used such as a Pilates circle and foam rollers. Our Yoga portion is based on Vinyasa Yoga Creating meditation in motion by moving with our breath during each pose increasing balance, strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. Learn the exercise of breathing. Ending with a final meditation.  Explore the power of connecting the mind, body, and spirit with this class!  All levels
