This class consists of 20 minutes of Pilates and 40 minutes of Yoga. Pilates is a system of floor exercises focusing on improving abdominal and back strength. We use our abdominals for every movement we make. Back strength is crucial to a healthy body. Pilates focuses on cognitive function, which is so important for our minds. Our Yoga portion is based on Vinyasa Yoga Creating meditation in motion by moving with our breath during each pose increasing balance, strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. Learn how to breathe properly and explore the power of connecting the mind, body, and spirit with this class!  De-Stress, increase immunities and your metabolism. Ending with a lengthy meditation and relaxation. Props will be used. Such as: Pilates circle, Pilates Ball, Bands, and Foam Rollers.  All levels.
