This class is part of our New All Access class pass. Find full body relaxation in this guided meditation. Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) has been proven to relieve anxiety, stress, lower blood pressure, help with learning, finding your hidden inner potential, stimulating your creative energy, releasing hidden trauma, and planting the seed of change. We will start with slow flow yoga to open each chakra, then while lying down with eyes closed you will operate on the act of hearing and feeling while the instructor takes you from a left brain right brain journey where you are the creator of your own dream. This meditation is equivalent to many hours of sleep and will leave you feeling rejuvenated and balanced. Please have a blanket and pillows to make your self comfortable during this meditation.
