In this class we are learning about the different varieties of pranayama. Prana means the life force energy, and ayama is control or retention.
We could call it breath-work or breathing exercise, but there is much more behind the anatomical-and physiological process.
We would practice preparatory asanas (poses for 40 mins), followed by the pranayama practice (35 mins).
All levels welcome!
