Soak up the bliss as you bathe in our glorious YIN yoga class, where most of the poses are practiced on the floor and held using props for between two and five minutes. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues - in particular, the fascia - as opposed to the muscles, and assists in releasing tension, improving range of motion and developing the ability to be still and surrender.
