Total # of Classes
Let's face it--Covid-19 has created stress and trauma for everyone.
And that stress and trauma is held in the body
creating a cascade of tension, panic and pain.
That's why I put together this Tai Chi mini-course--
Because Tai Chi Helps Calm, Body, Mind and Spirit!
From the First Step to the Last,
This mini course will
Calm your nervous system
Bring Balance into the chaos
and help you Breathe again
In 4 easy sessions, I'll show you some simple Tai Chi movements that you can start using right away.
The first 45 minutes will be live instruction, where you learn the moves, plus plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
The last 15 minutes will be pure healing, relaxing movement, as I lead and cue you in your practice.
We will meet live, on-line, via Zoom
Thursdays, Sept. 10, 17, 24, October 1
11:00 am Eastern Time.
But no worries--even if you can't make it, each session will be recorded and sent to you after class so you can use it again and again. (full disclosure here--I'm hoping to turn this into a course that others can purchase in the future. If you are camera shy, you can still take the course--just let me know, we can work that out easily enough.)
Everyone can do Tai Chi--no matter your age, or physical limitations.
Since 2005 I've taught children as young as 3 and adults as old as 92.
And people with all sorts of limitations.
You can do this.
Take it by yourself, or take it with your household,
But, truly, just try it.
If you hate it after the first session, just let me know before session #2 and I'll happily refund your money.
You've got nothing to lose
except the stress, panic and pain in your body.
Step into Calm with Tai Chi.
One low price of $67 covers everyone in your household.
