Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a much slower-paced and  more meditative practice (compared to a dynamic style like Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga). The poses are mostly floor based and passively held for a longer period of time (typically two to five minutes per posture) to target the deeper tissues of the body. Calming and balancing for the mind and body, perfect before bedtime.

We will use tennis balls 🎾 to help release tension in deeper tissues.
