Mysore-style is a self paced practice with the one-to-one guidance of the teacher helping and guiding through Ashtanga yoga system. Poses will be learnt gradually and adjustments/ modifications offered when required. No experience needed- come anytime after 9am to finish your practice by 10.30am.
