CLASS FULL - WAITLIST AVAILABLE
In this class, you will build upon existing pole fitness knowledge. Level 1 classes focus on achieving and polishing foundational moves (knee grips, basic climb, pole sits, half bracket spins, and grounded movements). You will maintain 2-3 points of contact with the pole at all times.

PREREQUISITE: Must have completed Pole Level 0 OR have prior approval from instructor.
