This class has been designed for men who are wanting to focus on flexibility and moving well. The combination of yoga and myofascial release creates a balance that allows us to release and unwind tight tissues stored deeper in the body. 

No experience required in barre or yoga. All levels welcome. We will cater to your needs.

You can cancel any booking made via Punchpass 4+ hours before a session. In signing this document, you understand and agree that Barre Base will charge a $15 fee for any no-shows or late cancellations. This is to protect our business and so other clients do not miss out on fully booked classes.
