Yoga Barre Foundations is a class for our beginner yogis! 

This class has been designed for those of you who love barre but are new to yoga and are curious about Yoga Barre classes, or for those of you who love Yoga Barre and want to work on your skills and get stronger. 

Or perhaps you’re a regular but feel a little confused by the pace of the flow and the yoga names and want some clarity.
